MGI Worldwide is pleased to welcome Nigerian four-partner firm Haruna Yahaya & Company, Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners, to the MGI Africa region of our international accountancy network.

Haruna Yahaya & Co. is among the top ten accountancy firms in Nigeria and specialises in providing high-quality financial service solutions in the fields of accounting, auditing, tax planning, training and business restructuring to its clients across the country. 

The firm also has extensive experience in financial consulting, business advisory services, executive selection, revenue collection and human capital development.

Joining Haruna Nma Yahaya as firm partners at Haruna Yahaya & Co. are Ajaguna Kayode Memesi, Adedayo Dada and Franklin Olorundaisi Perez. All speak fluent English, with Haruna also fluent in Hausa, Yoruba, Arabic and Nupe and the other partners all multilingual.

Alongside the four partners at Haruna Yahaya & Co. are 30 members of staff, based across the main Minna office in the capital of Niger State, as well as locations in Kaduna, Abuja and Lagos. Haruna Nma Yahaya has been a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) since 2011.
