Empowering your Partners and Colleagues to be “Brand Ambassadors” for your Firm
Nurturing personal brands and creating ‘brand ambassadors’ can be challenging, yet very rewarding. It can help with your marketing, business development and recruiting because it shows your firm cares about developing the people that work for you. It is also advantageous to ‘tell your corporate brand story’ to key audiences and it fosters more trust and engagement with the outside world.
During our next Marketing Zoom call on Thursday, 4 November 2021, we will discuss the role of personal branding in engaging and influencing key audiences, and how it can positively affect our marketing, business development, and recruiting and retention initiatives, particularly in a virtual/digital world.
We will be joined by personal branding expert Helen Burness of Saltmarsh Marketing. Helen will join our group for an ‘open and informal conversation’ around the importance and impact of personal branding.
