Why Do Some Firms Succeed with CRM and Others Fail? 

In April we asked members to participate in a short survey about lead generation and marketing automation systems.  Approximately 80% of respondents were either ‘somewhat familiar’ or ‘not familiar’ with marketing automation systems.  Continuing with this theme during May’s call, Jeff Bloch, President of Dispatch Digital, a boutique CRM consulting firm will join us to discuss why some firms succeed with CRM while others fail. Jeff’s presentation will focus specifically on professional services (Accounting & Legal) firms and include a demo of Zoho One. 

Jeff is a unique consultant with twenty years experience designing and managing marketing technology (‘MarTech’) solutions for firms that include Marcum LLP, EisnerAmper, Goodwin Law, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Morgan Stanley. In addition, Jeff served as the Regional Marketing Manager for Marcum LLP and has produced events with attendance in excess of 14,000 participants.  Jeff has a unique background that combines technical skill, hands-on marketing experience, strategic/tactical planning, financial analysis and change management.  

During the call Jeff will also provide an overview of Zoho OneZoho One is a complete suite of applications built on the foundation of Zoho CRM. Apps within the suite include Zoho Sign (similar to DocuSign), Campaigns (similar to MailChip or Constant Contact), Zoho Forms, Zoho Surveys and over 40 other applications. All of the applications are integrated and licensing is straight forward. Zoho employs more than 7,000 employees worldwide across 12 offices spanning five continents. More than 30 different languages are spoken amongst Zoho’s employees. Zoho has more than 45 million users located in more than 180 countries around the world.
