Teams has become quite standard since the pandemic hit but, every month, Microsoft releases a tonne of new features. Teams now has sophisticated breakout rooms, polling, presentation & webinar capabilities, not to mention its chat features, and recently enhanced capabilities of working externally.

Microsoft Loop could change the way you work though. A Loop component can be edited from a Teams chat, a browser, an email and all changes will come straight through. This can happen with tables, task lists, paragraphs & other components.
