Day 2 started with the Area Coordinator, Audrey Danasamy, providing a detailed analysis on the member satisfaction survey for the MGI Asia area, where 80% of members responded to the survey.

Group Sessions

Identifying the key needs from the member survey, members broke up 2 groups.

Group 1 : How do we collaborate to improve our business referral rates.

Group 2 : How do we add to our firms reputation through membership of an international organisation.

After a short discussion, both groups presented their findings. They then reformed to brainstorm on:

1. Practice groups

2. Sales and Marketing support

A list of action items was created and prioritised. Champions to lead the initiatives were also identified. Thank you to the volunteers!
