The five-partner firm was founded in 1990 and spent its initial years establishing itself as the leading provider of accounting, internal reporting, regulatory financial reporting, and advisory services for investment banking pioneers and financial assets management companies throughout Croatia.

Benko Kotruljić Ltd has 24 staff in total, headed up by five Partners: Dobrila Mikac, who is also a Tax Manager at the firm, Managing Director Vedran Gavrilović, Head of Finance Domagoj Mikac, Accounting Manager Ingeborg Skukan, and Tatjana Rakić, who is also the firm's Head of Accounting.
