The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge and unprecedented impact on the global economy. To counteract this, many countries have introduced temporary relief measures to help local businesses.
Such measures include temporary changes in the application of their Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws. In this report, MGI Worldwide CPAAI's sister law network Mackrell International, provides responses to frequently asked questions about these changes in some jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific region.
