MGI is the 11th largest association in Latin America by fee revenue and staffing, according to the latest World Survey report from the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB), as the region enjoyed a year of growth.

Firms across 15 countries in the region drove $22.5 million in fees last year, said the IAB in its annual roundup of the world’s top accounting networks and associations. Almost 950 staff work in MGI offices stretching from Mexico to Argentina.

Last year was a positive one for MGI Latin America as it welcomed four new firms into the fold. 

These were Dominguez & Associados in Caracas, Venezuela; Santillan Jimenez y Compania in Oaxaca, Mexico; Valencia Acosta Consultores from Jalisco in Mexico; and Controle Assessoria Contabil Ltda in Manaus, Brazil.
