Long-standing MGI North America member RINA Accountancy Corporation is hoping to attract the “best and brightest” with its latest recruitment drive.

To support its efforts, the Californian firm has produced an inspiring video to show off what makes working for the firm so special.

Consistently ranked as one of top accounting firms in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Times, RINA has offices in San Francisco, Oakland and Walnut Creek.

RINA’s International Tax Chair, Tom Neff, says the need for accounting firms to be recruiting new talent is huge.

“The statistic we’re hearing a lot is that there will be more partners retiring in the next ten years than we’ve seen in the last 40-50 years,” he told MGI last year.

“We need to start attracting and retaining the best and brightest not only for the short term but also for the long-term survival of the firms.”

RINA is a very active member for MGI North America and its President, Ed Fahey, is MGI Chairman and International Committee Member representing North America.
