Venue trio of imagesWe are delighted to invite you to the 2018 MGI UK & Ireland Partners, Directors and Managers Conference to be held at the stunning De Vere Beaumont Estate, Old Windsor.

We are changing the format of the conference this year

Starting on Wednesday 28 November, we will begin with an informal drinks reception and dinner followed by a full conference day on Thursday 29 running through until the afternoon of Friday 30 November. We hope this will enable delegates to stay for the entire conference and still travel home in good time late Friday afternoon and evening whether by road, rail or air. Indeed, the Beaumont Estate is about 6 miles and 15 minutes from Heathrow airport. 

The world of Employee Experience

After a successful 2017 conference with its theme of Customer Experience, the world of Employee Experience will be our focus this year.  We have an exciting array of speakers with Caroline Plumb OBE opening the conference followed by Rachel Burton who is the
EMEA HR Director, at Facebook. We will then start to dissect “Employee Experience” with Flick Hardingham who will highlight why this is such an important topic for all businesses. The conference will conclude with Professor Moira Clark from The Henley Business School who will explore how successful businesses need both a compelling employee and customer experience to reach their true potential.
