Each delegate should complete a separate registration form and on receipt of your booking, MGI UK & Ireland will email an invoice together with the payment instructions.
Please note that each delegate place costs £275 plus VAT, excluding accommodation.
Delegates are not required to book accommodation to attend the conference. However, if you would like a room at the conference hotel the costs for the delegates arriving late afternoon/early evening on Wednesday 28 November until we conclude in the afternoon of Friday 30th are £340 plus VAT, for anyone joining us on the Thursday morning this is reduced to £230 plus VAT.
MGI UK & Ireland is acting as a booking agent with regards to the hotel facilities for the conference delegates. As the supply of the bedroom and other facilities is to the individual delegates, it is the responsibility of each delegate to settle their own hotel invoice on check out
If for any reason you do not attend once booked you will also be responsible for any fees on a cancellation should they arise.
On receipt of your booking, MGI UK & Ireland will email an invoice together with the payment instructions.
With regards to international delegates, VAT will be payable in respect of your booking. HMRC have issued guidelines on the VAT treatment of conference attendance for international delegates which mean VAT must be charged.
