This year’s AGM in Cyprus is now just days away and if you haven’t yet booked a place but are intending to go then please do so as soon as possible, writes Paul Winder.

Taking place at the five-star Le Meridien Spa & Resort Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus, from 17 to 19 October, this will be a particularly important AGM for MGI as our members will decide on important strategic changes which will determine the way that the association operates in the future. Even if you are not planning to attend, please read the voting papers to see what these changes are.

Like all international MGI events, the AGM will also provide an ideal opportunity to meet other members from across the globe. If you have only spoken to members from other countries by email or on the telephone then this is an excellent chance to meet them face to face.

A full programme of events has been lined up for delegates across the two days, with a slightly more relaxed programme for accompanying persons who will not be attending the meetings. A post-conference tour of Paphos takes place on 20 October.
