CI Accounting has successfully completed the statutory and financial due diligence, together with the formulation of an offer valuation on behalf of a client interested in acquiring two airports in the UK, one international, the other a small regional airport.

The deal, worth a total of £16.5 million, is now at the pre-completion contract negotiations stage after the client’s offer was accepted.
