InAustralia, the latest Family and Private Business Survey was published to widespread press attention and has had a very big impact on MGI Australasia’s reputation and brand awareness.
In Latin America, membership continues to grow – by next year it will be the second biggest area by number of members. We are working hard at extending membership in Brazil.
The North Africa Circle(currently firms in Morocco,Tunisia and Egypt) has moved to the Middle East Area, which now becomes the Middle East and North Africa Area (MENA). Sadly, Salim Rajkotwala in Dubai died suddenly at the age of 60. He has been replaced by his son, Faiyaaz, who has worked for eight years at E&Y in New York. Faiyaaz has also been elected as the IC member for MENA.
