Rickard Keen is celebrating after enjoying success at a prestigious regional awards ceremony for the fourth year in a row having been named Firm of the Year and Training Firm of the Year in this year’s Essex Accountancy and Business Awards, organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
The firm were praised for achieving measurable success over the last year with the launch of new services including International Trade, Polish Businesses, Online Accounting, and a fourth successful review of the firm’s Investors in People status (IIP).
In addition to winning the two categories, their trainees also had a successful night, with Dean McCormack and Hayley Rostron collecting awards from the ICAEW president for being placed on the Essex Society Order of Merit. Hayley’s average mark across her Professional Exams achieved her second place and Dean scored second place in the Advanced Stage examinations. Rachel Alabaster was also a finalist in the Young Chartered Accountant of the Year category.
