Watson Buckle have taken on a new trainee, who joins the firm after completing his A-Levels.

18 year-old Liam Dean from Mixenden, near Halifax, joined the firm on 1 September after picking up his results from Huddersfield New College.

Liam will begin working towards an accounting qualification from the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

Susan Sedgwick, managing partner, at the firm, said: “We are delighted to welcome Liam to the firm as an AAT trainee.

“Liam did really well in his exams and has all the attributes to become a successful accountant with the firm.

“With the right support and guidance we are confident that Liam will go on to have a long career in the industry.”
