Roger Isaacs, a Director of MGI UK & Ireland and also a partner at Milsted Langdon, a member of MGI for nearly six years with offices in the South West of England in Bath, Bristol, Taunton and Yeovil as well as London, shares why he wants to see you at this year’s World AGM in London.
Our theme of "Success on the International Stage" will provide some great business ideas and introduce you to some new ideas about how to position you and your firm in a global market. I’m particularly keen to hear from Murray Craig.” says Roger.
Murray is the Clerk of the Chamberlain's Court, in the City of London and he will talk us through the history of international trade in London bringing in the fabulous stories of the Flemish weavers, links with the Caribbean and the USA and how London today links with the rest of world in its global trading. You will also get an understanding of how the Livery companies still have a major impact on London's trade and how the "Freedom" of the city works.
London is rich in history and on Thursday evening we will enjoy a fabulous London themed party night.
Roger goes on to say, “I don’t want to spoil the surprises but you can be sure that you will see London through the ages and enjoy a menu and entertainment that delivers everything our City is famous for.”
