In addition, Rowleys has acquired Kemp Taylor LLP; a Leicester-based firm of chartered accountants. This latest acquisition shows Rowleys’ commitment to the Midlands, having moved into larger offices in Meridian Business Park at the end of 2013 as part of a planned expansion programme. It will continue to offer a personal service to all clients, made up of large and small businesses.

Robert Radford, managing director commented: “We’re delighted that Kemp Taylor has joined Rowleys. This acquisition will not only bring additional specialism in the ‘not for profit’ sector but also strengthen our audit and accounts team.”

Guy Newbury, director added: “The time had come for Kemp Taylor to look at their future strategy, so that we can offer a much broader range of services to our clients, whilst at the same time retaining that friendly local approach. Rowleys’ values are a perfect match to our own and clients will benefit greatly from this move.”
