Earlier this year, Weybridge accountancy firm, Midgley Snelling LLP, re-branded to MGI Midgley Snelling LLP further cementing their long-established relationship with the international accountancy network MGI Worldwide, which, they founded over 60 years ago. In fact the ‘M’ in MGI is from the network’s original name of “Midsnell”.
Established in 1925, MGI Midgley Snelling LLP had the foresight to recognise the benefits that a network of firms across the globe could bring to their clients both in the UK and abroad. This led to the forming of the international MGI Worldwide Network which is now a Top 20 global accountancy network with 260 offices across 76 countries.
The network enables the partners to provide clients with international business and tax advice that not only allows them to gain better access to trade across borders but also helps to ensure that they comply with international tax and trading laws across the world.
Tracey Wickens, Partner at MGI Midgley Snelling LLP, said: “We hope that our new name will serve as a reminder to clients and contacts that in addition to providing services to local and UK clients it also demonstrates our commitment to the MGI Worldwide Network and further enhance our reputation as an international accountancy firm.”
“We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients and are delighted to be able to promote our personal and business tax services to a broader base of clients worldwide”.
MGI Midgley Snelling is part of MGI Worldwide a Top 20 ranked international accounting network with some 5,000 independent auditors, accountants and tax experts in over 250 locations worldwide.
