Rickard Luckin are proud supporters of the ICAEW and ensure that their students attend school career days, university career fairs and also provide mentoring for the ICAEW Business Base game as well as helping with mock interviews at school. The time and commitment to these events helps their students develop greater inter-personal skills and explain to their potential future students, first hand, the benefits of working for a firm such as Rickard Luckin.

With client work ranging from small personal tax cases right up to large multinational audits, they are able to provide their students with an exposure to every part of accountancy and ensure that they are working in an environment that compliments their studies. They ensure that their students have the skills and experience to be true business advisors and well-rounded qualified Chartered Accountants.

Rickard Luckin, fully embrace the vital importance of continual training and development at all levels, from junior recruits to shareholders, professional team members and support teams. They have apprentices within the firm, some of which are AAT and CFAB students who then move on to become full ACA students, and some in the admin support teams. The firm is also registered with the C.I.O.T. to provide CTA training to their tax team and qualified ICAEW students.
