Gemma jointly leads the team responsible for Mercia’s quality and compliance reviews, as well as acting as MGI’s point of contact for the quality assurance programme and presenting training courses. Prior to joining Mercia, she worked in audit practices for 13 years, having trained at Deloitte and then moving to Crowe UK and Buzzacott to specialise in the audits of charity and not-for-profit entities, ranging from large international NGOs to small local charities.
