Each year we need our members to approve the previous year’s accounts. This is done through a Virtual AGM. It also provides an opportunity to propose any necessary amendments to our rules and regulations should this be required.
This year we plan to hold the virtual AGM concurrently within the Asia regional meeting in Guangzhou, China, also the location for the EC Summer meeting, as a hybrid meeting.
It is important that everybody has the opportunity to attend and ask questions, and each firm has received an invitation by email – please register to attend virtually, we will assume that all Asia meeting delegates will attend physically.
