The programme is delivered by Stretching the City, a leadership development consultancy renowned for its coaching programmes that build confidence, strengthen performance and create lasting behaviour change.
As careers progress, people are increasingly expected to take ownership, influence outcomes and contribute beyond their immediate role. Stretching the City
Jenny Allen-Smith is an accredited Transformational Coach, Brain-Based Coach, and Master NLP Practitioner with specialised certification in Coaching for Neurodiversity. With extensive experience leading Learning and Wellbeing functions in global organisations, Jenny is passionate about empowering individuals to transform their mindset, inspired by her philosophy: "If you change your thoughts, you change your world." As a seasoned facilitator of mental fitness and wellbeing programs, Jenny brings warmth and energy to her sessions, creating safe, empowering spaces where people can thrive. She is an accredited trainer with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), committed to maintaining the highest standards of coaching excellence and ethics.
