Speaking up, presenting ideas and making your point land

Speaking up and being heard — in meetings, in front of more senior people, in client conversations — is one of the highest-anxiety, highest-impact skills for early-career professionals. This session gives participants a repeatable structure for any communication, practical tools for voice and presence, and the confidence to speak up in the situations that matter most.

What we’ll cover:

  • Why early-career communicators often lose their audience - and how to avoid it
  • Structuring your message for impact: A simple, repeatable framework participants can use the next day
  • Voice and presence: How you show up in meetings, on Teams, in front of partners and clients
  • Engaging your audience and holding attention
  • Speaking up in moments that matter — meetings, client conversations, partner-track moments

Participants will leave with:

  • A repeatable structure for any communication situation
  • Practical tools for voice, presence and holding attention
  • Confidence to speak up in meetings and key moments
  • A between-session action to apply before Module 4
