We are delighted to invite you to the 2022 International Tax Seminar, to be held at the Hyatt Centric The Liberties, Dublin, Ireland.

In the past the CPA EMEA region held an International Tax Seminar as an annual event in various locations across Europe over a 10-year period. We had planned to hold this event in 2020 but due to the pandemic and all plans were put on hold, but we are delighted to be adding this to the 2022 event calendar.

As we are planning more in-person events this year, the International Tax Seminar will take place ahead of the UK & Ireland Partners, Directors & Managers Conference to minimise travel time and costs. We encourage members to stay on after the Seminar and join the conference to get the most from the trip. There is no delegate fee for the UK & Ireland Conference this year, so you will only be paying for additional accommodation. More information about the UK&I Conference can be found HERE.

We will be joined by Hans Pijl from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), a leading international provider of cross-border tax expertise who will be speaking about Global Anti-Base Erosion Model Rules (Pillar Two) and Unshell Directive - ATAD III. More information can be found here.

An important element of the Tax Seminar are the afternoon case study sessions. These are presented by members in order to exchange knowledge on business topics, to increase technical know-how, to identify client’s needs for developing business opportunities, and naturally, to increase referrals.

The Tax Seminar is open to everyone at all levels but we are keen to encourage member firms to send along younger professionals as it is a fantastic development opportunity for them to learn from fellow colleagues and develop their skills.

I look forward to seeing you in September if not before.
