Where a firm has a number of delegates attending they can easily be booked and paid for as a group.
We can not guarantee availability and price for booking your room after 24 August 2023. After this date we must release rooms held and any later bookings will be subject to availability. However, in recognition of the need to book early, the hotel has agreed that rooms reserved in one person's name can be reassigned to another delegate without additional charge, if needed.

Getting there
The hotel is just 7 miles or about 30 minutes from Edinburgh Airport whether by bus, taxi or tram. Taxis for local transfers are readily available, the airport bus runs to Waverley Station and there is a tram stop less than 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. The nearest stop is ‘West End‘ then walk in the direction of the tram and the hotel is on the right hand side.
Tram takes 30 minutes and costs £9.50 return and £7.50 single
Taxi is 25-30 minutes and costs £30-£35
Airport 100 bus is every 10-20 minutes and costs £5.50 single fare which also stops at West End on Shanwick Place
If travelling to Edinburgh by train Waverley station is just the other end of Princes Park but if you have luggage you may want to have a short taxi ride.
There is parking at the hotel charged at £25 per day and there are limited EV charging points.
