South African tax guide from MGI Bass Gordon GHF

MGI firms globally are making their expertise known – MGI Bass Gordon GHF is the latest with its tax update.

After South Africa’s Budget was delivered in late February, MGI Bass Gordon GHF, based in Cape Town, has published a comprehensive tax guide for 2015/16.

Covering all aspects of personal and corporate taxation, the guide takes account of recent changes to the regime and what they mean to individuals and companies, such as the one per cent increase to the marginal rate of income tax.

This comprehensive guide is designed to assist firms that have personal clients with tax interests in South Africa, or businesses with operations in the country.

Founded in 1935 the firm has been part of MGI Worldwide for more than 30 years.  MGI Bass Gordon GHF is an 11-partner multi-disciplinary firm based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Arthur Baguley is a Partner at the firm and is also the MGI International Committee Member representing Africa. He was also a former Chairman of MGI from 2007 to 2010.
