Longstanding network member, MGI Malta, announces change of management structure as founding partner George Farrugia, plans his transition into retirement

MGI Malta make changes to their mangement structure ahead of George Farrugia's retirement

MGI Malta, an active network member since 1992, has appointed three new senior members in a change of management structure as founding partner and shareholder, George Farrugia, begins to make plans for his retirement.

George Farrugia is a well-known and respected face at our European and International meetings, having represented MGI Malta as active members since the early nineties. For almost 30 years, their commitment to the network and the brand has been tremendous and we are delighted to offer our best wishes to George when he retires from his current directorship and partner role this year.

New senior appointments at MGI Malta

While we will be seeing less of him, George will remain as a consultant to the board to oversee the smooth transitions in the firm’s management structures. As part of that restructuring, MGI Malta has announced three new senior appointments, which became effective in January: Ms Marion Caruana as Audit Partner, and Mr Jean Paul Busuttil and Dr Jason Vella Tabone as Directors.
