Africa Region hosts webinar to discuss Business Development Strategies, Marketing & Collaborations

Around 30 people from across the Africa Region joined the Business Development Strategies, Marketing & Collaborations webinar held on 22 June 2023 in which invaluable insights were given to help boost a firm's firm’s growth as well as strategies on how to build a connected Africa membership.

The webinar, hosted by Shehu Ahmad Haruna from Haruna Yahaya & Co., provided ideas and suggestions on approaches and ways of working to increase business.

Ahmad shared the 4 phases of developing a strategy with emphasis on the development and implementation of the strategy.

At the end of the session members Felix Kimoli, from MGI Alekim LLP, based in Kenya, and Patricia Stock, from MGI RAS, based in South Africa, also shared their experience on how to generate leads and market their firms effectively.
