Exciting news as MGI announces new Executive and International Committee Members at Global AGM
This year’s Global AGM in Cape Town brought our members together in one of the world’s most breathtaking cities to connect, collaborate and celebrate another remarkable year for MGI Worldwide — a moment to look back on shared achievements and look forward to an exciting new chapter for our leadership, as the NEW Executive and International Committee members were announced.
Meet our new Chair
After completing his term as Chair, László Killik from MGI-BPO (Hungary), passed the baton to Jane Lowden, from F.W Smith, Riches & Co. (UK), who was warmly welcomed by members from across every region. The announcement was met with appreciation as members celebrated both the legacy of László’s leadership and the energy Jane brings to the role. It was a heartfelt moment that summed up the enduring spirit of our network — one built on trust, friendship and shared commitment.
Jane reflectes on the moment with gratitude and enthusiasm:
“I could not be more proud to have been elected as the new Chair of MGI Worldwide. It is such a privilege and I’m excited to start my term and work with the fantastic MGI team to support our members around the world. I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this fantastic organisation.”
Her words capture the positivity and sense of purpose that filled the room as the network came together to celebrate this new beginning.
Reflecting on his own journey with MGI Worldwide, László shared:
“At this year's AGM, I closed a very special book, 18 years of leadership in MGI Worldwide. Looking back, it’s hard not to feel proud of what has been accomplished. But even more than pride, I feel gratitude for the lessons learned, the challenges overcome, and the remarkable people I’ve met along the way.”
He added a reminder that resonated with everyone present:
“Anything in the world can be copied — knowledge, degrees, business models — but the network of relationships we build over decades, and the personal connections we create, is like a fingerprint. Completely unique.”
Introducing our Executive and International Committee
Alongside the appointment of our new Chair, we are proud to welcome several new members to our leadership teams.
Sam Acquaviva from MGI Parkinson, (Australia), joins Jane and Karin Monchak from MGI Assurance, (Brazil), on the Executive Committee.
Felix Kimoli from MGI Alekim, (Kenya), and Michael Grüne from Menold Bezler (Germany), join the International Committee, succeeding Daddy Nkuvu and Laszlo Killik respectively. We wish everyone success in their new roles, valuing the perspective and collaborative spirit each member brings to the team.
Together, our new and continuing committee members embody what makes MGI Worldwide unique — a network strengthened by diversity, collaboration and shared ambition.

As our new leadership team steps forward, the atmosphere across the network is one of confidence and optimism. In the words of our CEO, Maxine Brock:
