We are delighted to announce that Cabinet d'Expertise Comptable & de Conseils (CE2C), an independent firm of chartered accountants based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, has joined MGI Worldwide, strengthening our presence in francophone West Africa and expanding our global network of trusted advisory partners.

A strategic addition to our global family

Founded in 2014, CE2C is based in the port city of Abidjan, Ivory Coast’s economic capital and largest city. The firm is led by General Manager and MGI Key Contact, Oura Kondro, a qualified chartered accountant registered with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Côte d’Ivoire. With a team of 13 professionals supported by four external consultants, CE2C delivers a broad range of services to local and international clients.

Accounting and business advisory
CE2C supports clients across the business lifecycle, including company formation assistance, bookkeeping, periodic tax and social declarations, preparation of annual financial statements, and wider business consulting support.

Audit and statutory audit
CE2C undertakes statutory (legal) and contractual audits. The firm also regularly audits development projects—often secured through competitive tenders—financed by institutions such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank, in Ivory Coast and across West, Central, and East Africa.

Training
Approved by the FDFP (the national organisation responsible for training administration), CE2C designs and delivers training programmes—supported by specialist external trainers—covering company management and operational topics, tailored either to a single organisation or to multi-company sessions.

Why CE2C joined MGI Worldwide

Oura shares how joining the network aligns with CE2C’s growth strategy:

“Joining MGI Worldwide is a key step in our development strategy. By pooling skills and experience across the network, we can keep improving the quality of service we deliver to our clients. Our clients’ needs are increasingly cross-border. MGI Worldwide will help us strengthen our international capabilities and visibility, so we can support growth—both for CE2C and for the organisations we advise. We are committed to meeting the network’s requirements and contributing actively to MGI Worldwide’s influence in Côte d’Ivoire, in a true win–win spirit.”

Ivory Coast: a gateway to West Africa

Ivory Coast has established itself as one of the region’s most dynamic economies, with strong recent growth and an ongoing focus on infrastructure and private-sector development.

For companies considering regional expansion, Abidjan is widely viewed as a strategic base—supported by major transport links and the continued development of port and inland logistics that serve Ivory Coast and its landlocked neighbours.

Ivory Coast is also part of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU), using the West African CFA franc, which can be an important consideration for firms planning regional operations and treasury structures.

We are thrilled to welcome CE2C into the MGI Worldwide network and look forward to building new opportunities together in Ivory Coast and beyond.
