As part of its strategic plan VISION 2030, our member firm in France, FCN, is pleased to announce the acquisition and creation of two new subsidiaries: FCN DATA and FCN AVOCATS. This important milestone reflects FCN’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its multidisciplinary approach and delivering comprehensive, high-value services to its clients and partners and offers additional support to MGI members globally.
What does this mean for FCN, its clients, and its business partners?
With the acquisition of FCN DATA (https://fcn-data.fr/), a firm specializing in personal data protection and GDPR compliance, FCN significantly broadens its expertise in an area that has become both strategic and critical for businesses of all sizes. FCN DATA supports clients through, among others:
- GDPR audits and compliance programs
- Assessment and drafting of IT and data protection policies
- Support in the management of personal data breaches
- Implementation of internal data protection processes and governance
- Ongoing advisory services tailored to regulatory developments
