GEMRT in Miami makes Accounting Today’s Top 100

MGI's newest member firm in North America, GEMRT CPA in Miami, has been named one of Accounting Today’s 2026 Best Accounting Firms to Work For.

GEMRT is one of just 100 firms from across the United States to earn a place on this year’s list, which recognises accounting firms that are creating outstanding workplace environments for their people.

Nearly 200 firms took part in the selection process, which combines an assessment of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics with an employee survey measuring the experience of those working within each firm. Employee feedback accounts for approximately 75% of the overall evaluation.

The achievement is a great reflection of the culture that Partner and MGI key contact Roy Garcia and the wider GEMRT team have built, and their commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for their people.
