Global update from Clive

You saw most of my news in my newsletter at the beginning of this month, so I’ll just add a couple of points here.

It really is great to have Maxine back and buzzing with ideas. You will see some big changes on the marketing front during the rest of this year, building on all that Maxine did last year.

Knowledge hub – we need YOU!

As Maxine says, we are particularly keen to tap into members’ expertise, opinions and experiences. Many of you ask for more online resources, expertise, technical papers and so on. We cannot grow the head office team to do this.

So, we are asking you to send us copies of technical papers, news articles, marketing ideas and other useful experience with fellow members. It’s up to you.

Member feedback

In the same vein, I would also encourage you to use the online feedback system. So, when a fellow member gives you excellent advice or does a great job on a tricky engagement, login to the website, go to their entry in the directory and give them the great feedback they deserve.
