Good news from our Middle East & North Africa region with MGI Worldwide and CPAAI Firms forging new relationships and maximising opportunities

MGI Worldwide and CPAAI member firms in the Middle East & North Africa region are forging new relationships

MGI Middle East & North Africa (MENA) are forging new relationships and maximising the opportunities that our recent merger has presented.

It’s wonderful to hear these updates from so many of our member firms and we are delighted to pass on these recent stories that have been shared with us from across the MENA region.

Collaborations in Dubai:

MGI Salim Rajkotwala & Associates and Intuit Management Consultancy

Back in December, Faiyaaz Rajkotwala from MGI Salim Rajkotwala (Dubai, UAE) who is also an International Committee member representing the MENA region for MGI Worldwide with CPAAI, was quick to start benefiting the connections to be gained from the new merger, when they met with Intuit Management Consultancy (Dubai, UAE).

Hesham El Sakka from Boubyan Consulting Company, a two-partner firm with extensive experience supporting clients in a wide range of sectors, also began making connections back in November when they met with Al Moumen & Company, a certified public accounting firm that was established in Kuwait and has been located there since 2010.

Collaborations in Tunisia:

MGI Business & Financial Consulting and La Generale d'Audit et Conseil - G.A.C.

In January, representatives from both networks met at their offices in Tunisia, Nadia Yaich from MGI Business & Financial Consulting introduced herself to  La Generale d'Audit et Conseil - G.A.C, and both firms enjoyed getting to know each other and exploring mutually beneficial opportunities. Subsequently both firms have collaborated and submitted a joint proposal for a business opportunity in Ivory Coast.

The three MENA member firms all became acquainted during a series of meetings throughout February, during which Piyush Bhandari, from Intuit Management Consultancy (Dubai, UAE), who is also an International Committee member representing MENA & Africa for CPAAI discussed opportunities with Khalid Laham from MGI MAA. Piyush also visited MGI Vision Chartered Accountants in Muscat, Oman.

Our Regional Director for Asia, Middle East & Africa, Audrey Danasamy summarised what we are all feeling about the opportunities the recent merger has presented.

“I am delighted to be seeing so many firms from both MGI Worldwide and CPAAI taking the first steps to get to  know each other and build ongoing relationships in their local  markets. This is the key to strengthening our position in the region and furthering opportunities for all firms under the new banner of MGI Worldwide with CPAAI.”

We love hearing about the new relationships being formed as more of our member firms get to know each other and we encourage you to keep sharing your news and updates with us. Please contact [email protected] with your collaboration stories.
