India-based member firm C.R. Sharedalal & Co. expands their top team
MGI Worldwide global accounting network member firm C.R. Sharedalal & Co. has announced a vital new member of their top team.
Based in Gujarat, India, C.R. Sharedalal & Co. joined us a few months ago and instantly began familiarising themselves with the opportunities that membership presents. Joining us at the Global AGM in Dubai in late October, Anuj Sharedalal, partner at the firm, had the opportunity to meet with members from around the world and introduce them to C.R. Sharedalal & Co.
Following the AGM however, the firm is delighted to announce that they have recently expanded their top team and, as of November 1st 2019, Utsav Hirani has been working alongside them as one of the firm’s partners.
Introducing Utsav Hirani
Utsav brings with him rich audit, valuation, public offerings, and IFRS implementation experience after having handled large assignments across the world from the USA to Japan, Singapore, Luxembourg and more.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with over 9 years of professional experience in leading accounting firms, and joins C.R. Sharedalal & Co. from KPMG’s member firm (BSR) in India, where he was employed from 2013. Prior to KPMG, Utsav worked with Ernst & Young.
Professional and Industry Experience
Utsav has been extensively involved in Power & Energy, Consumer Markets & Retail, Life Science & Health Care, Industrial Markets, Real Estate and Transports and Logistics which include the statutory audit, limited reviews, group audit (IFRS) and consolidation of large enterprises, tax audits and certification work.
His specialty is in, but not limited to, Mergers & Acquisitions, Purchase price allocations, Price fixations, Financial Due Diligence, Financial restatements, Company law matters, and Company formation.
