MGI Europe holds its 2025 Central Circle Meeting in Rotterdam, the Netherlands

Last week, 33 delegates from 25 member firms, across 11 countries, came together in Rotterdam for a truly energising and forward-looking MGI Central Circle Meeting. This wasn’t just another conference — it was a fresh take on how we connect, learn, and build ideas together.
MGI Europe Regional Director, Zoltan Paksy explains:
"We reimagined the traditional meeting format with an emphasis on interaction, inspiration, and innovation. Rather than presentations, we focused on conversations — creating space for small group discussions and one-on-one exchanges that sparked valuable insights around HR and training challenges."

Two exciting new elements made this year’s event even more special:
🔸 A dedicated German-speaking session on Thursday afternoon brought together both native and non-native speakers eager to explore trending training topics in the DACH region. It was fantastic to see so many crossing language boundaries to join the dialogue — thank you for your openness and enthusiasm!
🔸 On Friday, we introduced the World Café method — an engaging, roundtable format that helped us explore the future of the MGI Academy through lively, rotating discussions. The energy and creativity in the room were truly inspiring.

Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed your ideas, experience, and passion. Together, we are shaping the future of learning and collaboration in the MGI Europe region!
