Kirsten Nielsen
Kirsten Nielsen is an experienced VAT advisor in Denmark with a strong focus on international transactions – from digital economy and e-commerce to permanent establishment implications, call off stocks and INCOterm impacts.
Kirsten has worked for big four for several years, and has resently spent 2,5 years in San Francisco assisting US businesses with their VAT challenges globally and especially regarding VAT liabilities reltated to sales from websites and through platforms.
Kirsten assists large and small international businesses related to ”every day VAT-challenges” and questions of more strategic nature.

Francesco Bartolucci
Francesco Bartolucci has been an active advisor of SMEs in Italy for more than 25 years and one of his topics is VAT. Most of his client have been engaged in international businesses and the VAT issue is always the first door to open properly before starting the business. He has a wide experience in intra-community operations, e-commerce transaction, permanent establishment implication, call-off and consignment stock contracts. He provides assistance to foreign companies operating in Italy. He has been lecturer on VAT and other international tax topics for the Regional Association of Entrepreneurs.

Ian Marrow
After 10 years working for HMRC Ian “crossed the floor” to private practice. He has worked for firms ranging from the “big four” to a VAT only consultancy. Throughout his career in VAT Ian has focused on how VAT impacts the property sector, and VAT recovery for businesses, charities and non-government public bodies. He also deals with HMRC regarding claims and assisting clients with VAT visits. In addition, he oversees the compliance side of the business which submits VAT returns for over 100 clients. Ian’s mantra is that “the only daft question in VAT is the one you didn’t ask”. He constantly looks to minimise client’s risks and maximising opportunities.
