MGI member firm in Honduras welcomes new partner

Auditoría y Consultoría Asociada, MGI Worldwide’s member firm in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, is pleased to announce the addition of a new partner to its team: Alejandro Paredes.
Alejandro brings over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across the private and international development sectors, with expertise in economic growth, workforce development, migration, climate change, and entrepreneurship. He has also worked as an international consultant and speaker, university professor, and business coach.
He currently serves as Strategic and Commercial Partner at Auditoría y Consultoría Asociada. Previously, he led the Central American Service Corps/Youth with Purpose Project (CASC/USAID), implemented by Glasswing International. His earlier roles include Global Director of the IPARD Programme (FSC-IF/USAID), Regional Director for the Avanza Programme (FHI360/USAID), and Director of the METAS Project (EDC/USAID). He also served as Director of Implementation for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in Honduras.
Alejandro holds a PhD (Cum Laude) in Economics and Business, a Master’s in Project Management, and several international certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Strategic Planning Professional (SPP), and Agile Change Management Qualified (ACMQ). He is the Founding President of the PMI Honduras Chapter and has received numerous accolades, including the PMI Award for Project Excellence – Latin America and Member of the Year from the International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP).
