MGI Mexico holds its annual assembly in Cancun

MGI Mexico is pleased to share highlights from its recent Annual Assembly which took place on 5-6 March, in Cancun, Mexico. The event was hosted by the team from Alberto Rocabert y Compañía, our MGI members based in Cancún and Playa del Carmen.

It was great to see all 10 of our Mexican member firms represented at the meeting, which brought together close to 30 delegates. As is customary within the group, the time was shared between social activities and business discussions.

On Thursday, the now traditional golf tournament was organised for the many partners who enjoy the sport. At the end of the day, the meeting officially began with an icebreaker event at the convention hotel.

Friday’s programme included presentations as well as two business exchange sessions. The day concluded with a visit to the Alberto Rocabert y Compañía's offices, where the firm’s team welcomed delegates with a cocktail reception.

MGI Mexico welcomes its new board

A particularly notable aspect of the event was the change in MGI Mexico's Board of Directors. The outgoing board received recognition for their service, and the new board was welcomed. They formally accepted their roles by taking the oath of office, administered by Roberto Zesati.

It was a successful meeting that participants greatly enjoyed, offering an opportunity to connect and exchange both socially and professionally, highlighted by the group’s positive energy and the excellent hospitality of the hosts.
