What does MGI Ryan hope to gain from membership?
Derek: Our key consideration is being able to refer a client to a firm in another jurisdiction safe in the knowledge that they are getting good advice and that their standards are the same as ours. Having that reach allows us to retain our bigger clients and helps us win work domestically where the client has an international component. We like the fact that other MGI firms are prepared to share information and ideas, it shows a self confidence that appeals to us.
How do you see your firm contributing to the network?
