MGI's young talent put themselves forward for IFAC's Young Leaders Collective
The IFAC Young Leaders Collective is a newly formed group created by IFAC to give the global accountancy profession access to the perspectives of early career accountants, students, and aspiring professionals — similar to our Tomorrow's Leaders and Shadow IC initiatives.

Through the Collective, IFAC gathers input on key challenges and opportunities shaping the profession, as well as on IFAC’s priority initiatives, such as sustainability, anti-corruption, artificial intelligence, and talent attraction and retention.
The Collective consists of 28 members serving one-year terms, with the possibility of being asked to be reappointed for an additional year.
MGI Talent steps up
Earlier in the year, IFAC opened up a second call for applications to identify up to 14 new members for the Collective, starting 1 January 2026.
We are still eargerly awaiting results, but we wanted to give a shout out to the several young talents from around the network who put themselves forward. It was great to see the enthusiasm from our next gens in MGI to be part of this initiative. Good luck everyone!
