Welcome to new NextGen Shadow IC representative for North America!
MGI Worldwide is pleased to welcome Madeline Shands, Tax Accountant at Hoberman & Lesser CPAs in New York City, as the newest member of the NextGen Shadow International Committee, representing North America.
Madeline takes over the role from Jarrid Privitera, who previously represented the region on the committee. We would like to thank Jarrid for his contribution and support, and warmly welcome Madeline as she steps into this exciting next-generation leadership role.
Her appointment also comes at an exciting time for North America, with Robert Hoberman of Hoberman & Lesser CPAs recently joining MGI Worldwide’s International Committee as the region’s representative.

As a young professional working in tax, Madeline brings new ideas, enthusiasm and a strong interest in building connections across the MGI network.

First connections made in Athens
Last month, Madeline attended her first MGI Worldwide event - the 2026 European Conference in Athens - where she had the chance to meet members from across the network. Madeline is also looking forward to attending this week's MGI North America Conference in New Orleans, where she will continue building relationships with members from across the region.
