• Corporate tax incentives for eligible activities within the Istanbul Financial Center and other designated regions.
• Income tax incentives for qualifying foreign professionals working in Türkiye.
• Incentives for certain international and transit trade activities.
• Opportunities to use Türkiye as a regional base for management, finance, technology and shared services operations.

The guide also provides an overview of other incentives already available in Türkiye, including service export incentives, Investment Incentive Certificates, Free Zone and Technology Development Zone benefits, VAT exemptions and provisions relating to foreign subsidiary and branch profits. Depending on the investment structure, some of these may be combined with benefits available under the new regulations.
