New member brings expertise – and new ideas – to MGI

Grupo Consultor EFE in Tijuana, Mexico, has wasted no time getting involved since joining MGI Worldwide earlier this year – sharing expertise with fellow members and now looking to bring people together around AI.

Managing Partner Adrián J. Romero recently led a live workshop for MGI Latin America on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), a management system designed to help businesses strengthen the way they operate.

The 60-minute session, followed by a Q&A, looked at how EOS® can support professional services firms in their own operations and as part of their wider service offering.

And there is more to come. Adrián is working with MGI Latin America Regional Director Andrea Pallas to offer the EOS session in English, as well as a two-day Transfer Pricing workshop for members across the region.
