Women Who Lead Group Initiatives Empower Female Talents (and help our Male Colleagues too!) to Lead – Inspire – Succeed
MGI Worldwide Group initiatives continue to grow from strength to strength. It’s through these Groups that members share knowledge, support one another and grow their professional network. From Family Office, M&A and a new AI Tech Group starting this month, to name just a few, there really is something for everyone to get involved in and benefit from.
This month we are delighted to share highlights from our Women Who Lead Group. And for our male colleagues, there is something for you here too! With more breakfast and lunch meetings being held at regional meetings around the world, and a new Group Mentorship Programme launched this year there is plenty for us to learn together to help pave the way for a more diverse and inclusive leadership throughout our network and across the profession for the future.

Women Who Lead Group Mentorship
The Women Who Lead Group Mentorship Programme is a new and exciting initiative held virtually and in-person during our Regional Conferences and Global AGM, which is open to all MGI Worldwide accounting talents around the world. Aimed at helping aspiring female talents at all stages of their leadership journey, by instilling confidence, encouraging the sharing of experiences and supporting career progression.
The Programme aims to be as inclusive as possible and accommodate all regions, across different worldwide time zones. Our male colleagues are also encouraged to join and learn more about how they too can become important allies in supporting their female colleagues.
