MGI Worldwide raises over USD 5,000 for the Bhongolethu Foundation
We are delighted to announce that thanks to the generosity of our global network, colleagues and friends, we have raised a total of USD 5,343.78 in support of the Bhongolethu Foundation — our Charity of the Year.
During our Global AGM, we proudly presented the Foundation with a giant cheque for USD 3,500, and thanks to further donations received afterwards, the final amount is even higher than anticipated. These funds will be used by the school to purchase new books for the classroom libraries at Bhongolethu Primary School, helping to expand access to reading, learning English and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.
The Bhongolethu Foundation supports children and families in the Masiphumelele community near Cape Town, providing early education, primary schooling, after-school support, nutrition programmes and parent outreach. Their work focuses on creating a safe, stimulating learning environment where children can grow in confidence, develop essential skills and build brighter futures.
This contribution supports the Foundation’s mission of giving children a nurturing space where education, imagination and opportunity go hand in hand.
