Conference Registration Details
Delegate fee: €450 + 21% VAT
Hotel accommodation: if you intend to stay at the conference hotel, please ensure you book your room directly with the hotel. Scroll down for more information.
Please book as early as possible as we will have to release some surplus bedrooms by 30 July.
PLEASE NOTE: Delegates are responsible for taking appropriate protection such as insurance, allowing sufficient time to obtain visas etc.

Prices
Room prices: €149 per night, including VAT and breakfast.
This price is valid until 30 July. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to change the price.
Where a firm has a number of delegates attending, they can easily be booked and paid for as a group.
We can not guarantee availability and price for booking your room after 30 July 2023. After this date, we must release rooms held, and any later bookings will be subject to availability.
Cancellation of room booking
For a full refund, cancellation must be more than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Thereafter the room will be charged in full.

We are a member organisation and operate on a not-for-profit basis. We understand that circumstances mean that members must cancel from time to time, and therefore we will always strive to refund where possible and will only charge costs that we cannot recover.
