We are delighted to invite you to the 2024 International Tax Seminar in Warsaw, Poland.
Once again, we will be joined by a speaker from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), a leading international provider of cross-border tax expertise. This year we will focus on Recent Developments in Cross-border Tax Issues. More information can be found on the agenda page HERE.
The afternoon is a chance for you to learn from fellow members about the tax situation in their part of the world. These sessions are inspired by our International Tax Risk Matrix project that is designed to facilitate discussions with multinational clients about their business abroad. The Matrix shows various business structures such as a subsidiary, a permanent establishment, supplies goods or services, employee secondment etc and then highlights specific topics in relation to that structure which involve certain risk exposures. More information on these sessions will follow soon.
The Tax Seminar is open to everyone at all levels but recommend experience of 2 years in international tax projects. We are keen to encourage member firms to send along younger professionals as it is a fantastic development opportunity for them to learn from fellow colleagues and develop their skills.
The International Tax Seminar will take place ahead of the European Conference to minimise travel time and costs. We encourage members to stay on after the Seminar and join the conference to get the most from the trip.
