Delegate fees can only be refunded for cancellations made in writing before 1 August 2025. After this date, we will only refund fees if we are able to recover related costs. We regret that the cancellation conditions above apply irrespective of the reason for cancellation. This means that it is your responsibility to request visas in good time and to take out travel insurance to cover you for sickness and other unforeseen circumstances. There can be no exceptions, as we have to pay contracts to the hotel and other suppliers in advance and cannot insure against individual cancellations.
We have taken reasonable steps to insure against cancellation of the event for reasons outside our control - we expect to reimburse you in such an unlikely event. However, we accept no liability for costs or damages incurred as the result of such a cancellation nor for alterations to the programmes or hotel location as described in this website or other publication. We accept no liability for travel costs of delegates and accompanying persons to and from the event, even in the case of cancellation of the event.
We accept no liability for medical, health emergency care or related costs of delegates and accompanying persons or for refusal of entry into Cambodia to attend the event.
We strongly recommend all delegates and accompanying persons make appropriate insurance arrangements to cover medical, cancellation and other expenses.
"The event" refers to the 2025 Asia Region Meeting described in this website.
